Eduardo Ferrari
Eduardo has been working as an attorney since 1994. He was co-managing partner at Posadas in Montevideo leaving the firm after 27 years in order to be founding partner of SyLS Ferrari in Uruguay.
Eduardo has an LLM in International Law from Georgetown University and has worked in Washington DC for the IDB and the law firm Arnold & Porter as a foreign attorney.
He also finished a Master in Taxation from the University of Montevideo and he is graduated from the Republic University of Uruguay as a Lawyer in 1994 and as a Notary in 1997.
His main practice is in M&A and corporate law, with a vast experience in real estate matters and wealth planning for high net worth individuals.
Eduardo has been recognized by the most important law reviews like Chambers and Partners, and Legal 500.
Besides Spanish as his native language, he speaks English, French, Portuguese and Italian.
