Sebastián López Sansón
Sebastián López Sansón is SyLS Co-Founder. Sebastián is a leading tech business lawyer and advisor (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500). He has extensive experience representing global tech/blockchain companies, VC funds, investors doing business in LatAm and globally, and ultra-high net-worth individuals. His expertise includes planning the legal and tax aspects of global business/tech/blockchain operations, cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations, and family trusts. He has particular interest in adding value in unchartered waters, where situations demand experience, temperance, common sense, and a diverse mental models toolkit. Sebastián is a Harvard Law School Graduate.
