With more than 30 years of experience in the practice of law, Rafael is broadly recognized among the most prominent lawyers in Argentina in the field of corporate law and M&A. He is consistently recognized and awarded by several specialized publications including Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, IFLR 1000, etc.
Before founding SyLS, Rafael was Partner in one the largest law firms in Argentina where he headed the Corporate Law and M&A Department, and also worked for 4 years at White & Case LLP, where he took part of the International Lawyers Program in the New York office (2000), and then as an Associate in the Latin-American Practice Group in the Miami office (2001- 2003).
Rafael is the Academic Director and Head Professor of the “M&A Postgraduate Program” at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (utdt) in Buenos Aires.
